The Basics
All ages and all skill levels are welcome. Whether you want a relaxing day snorkeling beautiful shallow reefs or want to push your freediving and spearfishing skills, we've got you covered. Your captain will help find the best spots and make sure everyone is comfortable and having fun.
Depending on sea conditions, we launch from the west side or the north shore of the island. We'll confirm your departure point and start time when you book.
Gear
Snorkel, freedive and spearfishing gear is provided on request at no extra charge. Let us know what you need when you book.
What to Bring
- Every guest (or guardian) must sign a waiver before departure. We'll send the link after you book.
- Water and snacks are provided. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks, and we have plenty of cooler space.
- Reef-safe sunscreen only. No spray sunscreen. It stains the boat.
- Your own gear, cameras or drones are welcome. We have room to store them.
- No bananas. Yes, really.
Alcohol
BYOB, no glass. Please drink responsibly. Guests who have been drinking will be asked to stay out of the water.
Deposits and Cancellations
No dates are reserved without a deposit. The remaining balance is paid after your charter.
Deposits are non-refundable unless Somewhere Salty cancels for weather or other unforeseen circumstances. With advance notice, we're happy to help you reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full trip rate.
